Job Description:
Responsible for Commissioning and maintenance testing and diagnosis of cable systems. Performing and analyzing of both online and offline Partial Discharge Measurements. 90% travel within the US is required. Assisting on maintenance of Resonant Test Sets. Also, assisting with development and implementation of new test techniques for High and Extra High Voltage AC and DC cable systems. Visiting client sites to understand the site layout for test equipment setup for testing.
Compiling technical test reports including recommendations based on the test data collected.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of Commissioning Testing on Cable Systems.
- Knowledge of Partial Discharge Measurements.
- Ability to be at project site for the majority of the day.
- The ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to accurately scope out length and difficulty of testing tasks and projects; organize work into logical process steps and use time effectively.
- The ability to work as an individual or as a team.
- Demonstrates sound technical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- An Electrical Engineering /associate degree or competency gained in a similar role.
- Necessary Experience in High Voltage and Partial Discharge Testing.
- Ability to Travel.
- OSHA 30 before going to site.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to Pass Recurring Drug Screening.
- Authorized to work in USA without any sponsorship.
